We want you to love your Draper James purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Select the items you wish to send back and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund status.
